Shipping policy

Nouriva Fitness sells digital fitness, nutrition, and wellness products. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Digital Guides and Ebooks

Ready-made digital guides and ebooks are normally available immediately after successful payment. Access may be provided through:

  • A download link shown after checkout

  • A download link sent to the email address used at checkout

  • The customer account area, where available

Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification or email delivery. Customers should check their spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Personalized Nutrition and Training Plans

After purchasing a personalized service, the customer may receive a questionnaire by email. The questionnaire must be completed accurately before work can begin.

Personalized plans are normally delivered within 5–7 business days after we receive the completed questionnaire and any information reasonably required to prepare the plan. If additional information is needed, the delivery period will begin after that information has been received.

Online Coaching

Customers who purchase online coaching will receive booking or onboarding instructions by email. Appointment availability may vary by time zone and schedule. Any included sessions, support periods, or check-ins will be described on the relevant product page.

Delivery Problems

If a download link is missing, expired, or not working, contact us at and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Name of the product purchased

  • A short description or screenshot of the problem

After verifying the order, we may provide a replacement link, corrected file, or further access instructions.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct email address

  • Using a compatible device and suitable software

  • Maintaining a stable internet connection

  • Downloading and securely storing purchased files

  • Keeping account and download details private

Most guides are provided as PDF files and can be opened using common smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

Personal Use

Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase is licensed to one customer for personal, non-commercial use. Purchased files must not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded publicly, or distributed to other people.
